  8. How do I register my telephone number (ANI)?

    8.1 Using IVR

    1. Dial 1 800 87 1313 (Nationwide)
    2. Select preferred language:
      i) For Bahasa ii) For English iii) For Mandarin iv) For Tamil
    3. Enter PIN number
    4. Press * for other option
    5. Press 3 to register and add phone number (ANI)
    6. Press 2 to register new phone number (ANI)
    7. Enter phone number
    8. Press 1 to connfirm register or Press 2 to re-enter
    9. Press 9 for Main Menu

  9. 8.2 Using SMS

    1. Registered User - Type "REG<space><Phone number to be registered>" and send to 019 - 666 6303
    2. Non Registered user - Type "REG<space><PIN Number-16 digit><space><Phone number to be registered>" and send to 019 - 666 6303

    Note: maximum number to be register is 3 only per account / PIN.


  10. How do I make calls using OneComm Prepaid Account Service Card?

    There are 2 ways to make calls :

    1. If you are calling from an unregistered mobile and fixed phone number, simply:
      1. Dial 1 800 87 1313 (Nationwide)
      2. Select preferred language:
        i) For Bahasa ii) For English iii) For Mandarin iv) For Tamil
      3. Enter PIN number
      4. Key in destination number and wait for call connection
      5. or press * for Main menu (for other instruction such as reload, check balance, register ANI)

    2. If you are calling from a registered telephone number – mobile or fixed line (ANI), please use our callback system
      1. Dial call back toll free no. 1 800 87 1511 (System will disconnect and will call you back   within 10 seconds).
      2. Answer the Call, system will ask for language selection, then inform available balance.
      3. Enter Destination no (Country Code + Area Code + Destination Number for IDD or Area Code + Destination Number for normal STD)

    Note : prior for using Callback, user are required to register their Phone No or Mobile No either using normal OneComm IVR or SMS

  11. How to reload OneComm Prepaid Account?

    10.1 Using IVR

    1. Dial 1 800 87 1313 (Nationwide)
    2. Select preferred language:
      i) For Bahasa ii) For English iii) For Mandarin iv) For Tamil
    3. Enter PIN number
    4. Press * for other option
    5. Press 1 for Reload
    6. And follow voice instructions

    10.2 Using SMS

    1. Register user - Type "TOPUP<space><New Reload PIN-16 digit>" and send to 019 - 666 6303
    2. Non Registered user - Type "TOPUP<space><Old PIN Number-16 digit>      <space><New Reload PIN-16 digit>" and send to 019 - 666 6303

  12. Are there any other benefits if I register my phone number?

    By registering your fixed line and mobile number, you do not have to key in the lengthy PIN number each time you want to make a call.


  13. Can I make calls using OneComm Prepaid if I do not register my phone?

    Yes, you can call 1 800 87 1313 (nationwide) or 1 800 87 6300 (Klang Valley only) to make calls from any unregistered fixed and mobile phone number.
    However calls using Mobile to 1 800 87 1313 (nationwide) or 1 800 87 6300 (Klang Valley only) is chargeable. Please check with your mobile phone service providers for the call charges.

  18. How much do I have to pay for calls using OneComm Prepaid Account?

  19. Is there any minimum charge imposed for the call?

    Yes, a minimum charge of 15 cent per successful call


  20. Will I received any bills?

    No, this is a prepaid system. However you can check your account balance by calling 1 800 87 1313 (Nationwide) and JARING Customer Service at 03-8991 7090


  21. What is the OneComm prepaid charging?

    The charging is 15 sec / per block


  22. How can I ensure the security of the system?

    Each calling card is given its unique Serial Number (SN) and Personal Identification numbers (PIN) generated by machine. There is no way other people can have the same SN and PIN.


  23. Can I refund if I have a problem?

    Once the cards is purchase, it cannot be refunded.



  24. What is the expiry date?

    Expiry date is 24 months
