- Do not disclose the unique PIN number to others. Keep it strictly
confidential. If disclosed JARING will not be responsible for
any losses or damage.
- JARING will not be responsible for any losses, damage, theft
or misuse of the card.
- Each card comes with an expiry date. You must use the card:
- Within the stipulated date stated on the card
- 6 months after the last use for the RM5.00 card or
- 6 months after the last used for the other card denominations
or
- whichever comes first.
After the expiry date the card cannot be used, all credit will
be lost and no refund will be entertained.
- JARING has the absolute discretion to change without prior
notice.

- JARING has the absolute right to add, amend or terminate card/call
features.
- At JARING's discretion there will be designated periods when
promotional/festive rates apply, such rates will only apply to
cards purchased during the promotional/festive period.
- Cards sold are not returnable or refundable unless it is proved
to have been damaged at the time of purchase.
- JARING's responsibility to users in relation to the OneComm™ card,
, either by way of tort or contract is limited to the unused
card value only irrespective of whether JARING knew or ought
to have known that damages might or could be incurred. JARING
shall not be responsible for any special, indirect, incidental
and consequential loss or damage suffered by the customer in
relation to the use of the card.
- The value of the card is in Ringgit Malaysia.
- Any dispute regarding the use of the card shall be determined
according to Malaysian law. This service shall not be used for
any purpose that contravenes Malaysian law.
- JARING reserves the absolute right to terms and conditions
at its discretion and shall post any changes on its website.
The customer's use of the service will constitute his acceptance
of the amended terms and conditions.
- Except as specifically stated herein JARING makes no guarantee
,warranty or representation either expressed or implied regarding
the condition merchantability or fitness or the services offered
for any use or purpose.
- The charges for calls made are rounded up to the the next full
minute.If a seven or eight digit number is used the customer
will pay the local call charge to access the JARING system and
the published rates for calls made using the card.
- Cards can be used to place the following types of calls,
outbound international calls and domestic interstate calls but
not to domestic mobile numbers.
